Which Video should I watch ? 

• Customers previously enrolled in Autopay: Watch Video: Autopay Customers. This video shows you how to sign in using your previous email used for autopay and to reset your password.
• Not previously enrolled in Autopay: Watch Video: Non-Autopay Customers. This video shows you how to create a new account.
• Password reset option isn't working: Watch Video: Non-Autopay Customers to create a new account.

How Auto Pay customers can access the new Self-Service Portal using their existing email address and a new password, so they can continue managing their account and payments seamlessly.

How customers who are not enrolled in Auto Pay can create their new portal account using their new account number and activation code, which appear on their first bill issued after November 12.
